Thank you to everyone who played in the recent Winter Open. We had over 100 entrants, which is our best turnout to date. Particular thanks to those who gave their time to help in organising and running the day - our starters (Charles Short and Chris Bunning), Peter Mason (who organises the event), Steve and Grant.
The scratch competition was won, for the second year running, by Joe Smith of Wyke Green GC, who shot an excellent gross 66. The handicap competition was won by our own Mark McGovern, with a fantastic net 62.
AGM
A reminder that the 2019 Club AGM will take place at 6pm on Saturday 23 March. We will send out the agenda and details of motions proposed shortly. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you will be able to feed back on the agenda items by email (details to follow).
