The Remembrance Day Salver, a fourball major competition, is held over the weekend of 9 and 10 November. Reigning champions are Peter Mason and Gordon Hay, who triumphed last year with a net 57.

Competition results
The MacKenzie Challenge Cup, the first leg of the Autumn Meeting, was won by Andy Pike, with a net 65. Nick Sharp and Gordon Hay (both 66s) were 2nd and 3rd respectively.
The Bathgate Challenge Cup, the second leg of the Autumn Meeting, was won by David Groom, with an excellent net 61. Calum Bavin (64) was 2nd and Barry Westrip (66) was 3rd.
Various other prizes are handed out following the Autumn Meetings. Calum Bavin won the Autumn Scratch for his 36 hole gross total of 147 (runner up was David Groom, with 151). David Groom won the Captain's Prize for the lowest 36 hole net score (131). Barry Westrip won the Simpson Ellis for the best 72 hole (Spring and Autumn Meeting combined) gross score (277). And John Cottle won the Donald Ridout, for the best 72 hole net score (278).
Barry Westrip continued his good form by winner the October major double. First up he won the Spen Atwood with a net 65, with Jeff Sands (66) and Darran Gallagher finishing 2nd and 3rd respectively. And Barry followed this up with a net 64 to claim the Centenary Trophy, with Nick Sharp (65) 2nd and Calum Bavin (67) 3rd.
